据稍早前的报道称,在查尔斯宣布要将陆军航空队的总上校的职位交给威廉后,现年39岁的哈里“泪流满面”。按照王室专家汤姆·奎因的说法,“据说哈里听闻消息后流下了眼泪。”显然,这对于他来说是一个真正的打击。
哈里曾是陆军航空队的一员,并且跟随着这支部队前往过阿富汗执行任务,他对这段经历是相当引以为傲的。
